I’m Ben Brooksby. I’ve been a full-time freelance colorist working in DaVinci Resolve since 2011. I work hard to create grades that complement and enhance my client’s intentions. I’ve developed an eye for detail and listen carefully to feedback and direction to make certain I’m building a look that fits the story you’re telling. Visual communication is subtle, and that is where I work. Whatever selections or methods I’m using to create an effect, my intention is always to make it as invisible as possible so that it appears to have occurred in camera naturally.
